Please note that fees charged by a service provider are for the administrative costs of providing the services. Your MUD District does not receive any portion of the service fees. Contact us at (281) 861-6215 if you have any questions on these services.

Automatic Clearing House (ACH)

An ACH – (Automatic Clearing House) payment may also be set up by completing the ACH form below.

District ACH Forms

ACH forms are also available at H2O Consulting’s office. The fees for this payment option are listed on the form. Please note the implementation of ACH may take up to 2 billing cycles after receipt by the bank.

Internet Payments

You can pay your bill online at: https://www.utilitypaymentonline.com
This option allows you to pay via electronic check (E-Check) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
You must enter your entire 10-digit account number.

Debit Card / Checks are not accepted for disconnected services or Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks.

Online Bill Pay Service Through Your Personal Bank

You can pay your bill online through your bank’s bill pay service. Create a new vendor to pay with your 10-digit account number and this address information:

Grocery Store Locations

You may also pay at most major supermarkets, but you must have your water bill payment stub with you. Please note that payments made at these locations take 2-4 business days to appear on your account.

Late payments will not be accepted at grocery stores.

Payments may be left in the drop box in the former bank lane on the north side of the building at:
